Neuron Visualizer

This is a tool for visualizing voltage or calcium traces across a neuronal arbor, originally for Dendritic excitations govern back-propagation via a spike-rate accelerometer. The code is directly accessible through the git repo.

Luminos bi-directional microscopy software

Luminos is a software suite for synchronous instrument control designed for optical imaging and perturbation of biological sampled at up to kHz frame rates.
